The lineup of English voice actors for Solo Leveling has been revealed, featuring a cast that anime enthusiasts will instantly recognize. While the subbed version of the much-anticipated series has already begun streaming, the dubbed version is scheduled for release in the third weekend of January.
Solo Leveling is adapted from a South Korean web novel that debuted in 2016 before being turned into a webcomic. Chugong is the creator of Solo Leveling, while A-1 Pictures is handling the anime adaptation.
The studio has been behind several well-known series such as Black Butler, Fairy Tail, and Sword Art Online. Motion graphics for the anime are being produced by Production I.G., a company known for its work on Attack on Titan and Haikyu!!.

The music composition is in the hands of Hiroyuki Sawano, an acclaimed composer recognized for scoring Attack on Titan, Blue Exorcist, The Seven Deadly Sins, and various Mobile Suit Gundam titles.
Solo Leveling’s English Dub Cast Has Worked on Numerous Hit Anime Projects
Several experienced voice actors are part of the English dub cast, including Aleks Le, Justin Briner, Rebecca Wang, Michelle Rojas, Ian Sinclair, Christopher R. Sabat, Kent Williams, SungWon Cho, and Dani Chambers. Aleks Le has been cast as Sung Jinwoo, the protagonist.
He is widely known for voicing Zenitsu in the English dub of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Justin Briner, who plays Deku in My Hero Academia, will take on the role of Yoo Jinho in Solo Leveling.
Other cast members have been involved in anime such as One Piece, Dragon Ball Super, Assassination Classroom, Darling in the Franxx, Ranking of Kings, Vinland Saga, and Fruits Basket.
The storyline follows Sung Jinwoo, known as the weakest hunter alive, who barely survives an encounter with monsters in a high-ranking dungeon. His near-death experience changes everything when he acquires the System, an exclusive program that enhances his abilities in ways no one else can see.
Determined to uncover the truth behind his newfound powers and the dungeon responsible for his transformation, Jinwoo embarks on a journey that could change his fate.

Will Crunchyroll’s Early 2024 Release Be Worth the Wait?
Initially announced for a 2023 release, Solo Leveling experienced some delays, moving its premiere to January 2024. Despite the problems, anticipation remains high.
The series’ opening theme is performed by TOMORROW X TOGETHER, in collaboration with its composer. The ending theme is sung by Krage. This project represents Aleks Le’s most prominent role so far, as he takes on the journey of a hunter who rises to power through an extraordinary ability.
The English dub of Solo Leveling was premiered on Crunchyroll on January 20 at 1 PM PST.
